| Downeast Race Week XIV 2008 The Northeast Harbor Fleet (NEHF) on Mount Desert Island and the Kollegewidgwok (KYC) Yacht Club on Blue Hill cordially invite you to participate in the 14th Annual Downeast Race Week, between August 10 and 15, 2008. Within the spectacular backdrop of Acadia National Park, the waters of Blue Hill, Jericho and Penobscot Bay will be the site of carefully planned sailing. All sailboats with individual or class PHRF ratings, over 22 feet, are invited to participate. Careful attention will be paid to logistics and two dinner events are planned for Sunday and Thursday nights. The 80th Atlantic Class National Championship |

The Kollegewidgwok Yacht Club’s Atlantic fleet and I turned 75 this year. We also share another milestone: Fifty years ago, I graduated from college and the first glass Atlantic joined the Kollegewidgwok fleet.
